How long are appointments?

A thorough initial assessment would usually take up to an hour and any follow up routine treatments will take up to 30 minutes.

Do I need a referral?

Not at all, a doctor's referral is not needed for physiotherapy, however it is important to work closely with your GP in certain circumstances.

What is the cancellation policy?

24 hours notice is required for cancellations or non attendance of all appointments, otherwise a non attendance fee will be charged. 

When is the clinic open?

Our current opening times are:

Monday         8.30 am - 7.30 pm

Tuesday        8.30 am - 2.00 pm

Wednesday   8.30 am - 2.00 pm

Thursday       8.30 am - 7.30 pm

Friday           8.30 am - 2.00 pm

Phones are attended within these times, however if you do get put through to the answer machine, please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

What should I wear for the session?

Its best to wear something loose and comfortable like sports wear, however, depending on the problem you may need to remove some clothing.
