Lower back pain is very common and some people who have chronic lower back pain are advised to stay active.

Staying physically active is likely to be beneficial in many circumstances.

The class consists of many beneficial exercises and mobilisation work to help reduce pain and increase function of the lower back.

 

The class is run by Chartered Physiotherapists and you will be individually monitored at all times.
